I was humorously a bit swamped by a return from vacation and the consuming nature of a certain illustration project when I finished this strip for August 19. The days have been "off" in a wholly different way since the start of more localized wildfires that same afternoon, and updating the website took a backseat to many other things of an immediate concern. The comic to be posted this coming Friday speaks to our communities continued grrr-attitude and hoped-for resilience.
